By using halo, you agree to these terms. halo is an AI-powered phone call simulation service. All conversations are simulated and not real phone calls.

What You Can't Do

Don't use halo to:

• Harm, deceive, or harass anyone
• Do anything illegal
• Share your account with others

No Liability

We're not responsible for anything that happens from using halo. We don't guarantee the service will always work, and we're not liable for any errors, damages, or problems. The service is provided "as-is" without any warranties.

Not for Emergencies

halo is NOT an emergency service. If you're in danger, call 911 or your local emergency services. We're not responsible if you rely on halo instead of getting real help.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final - no refunds. Unused minutes roll over to your next billing cycle.

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for how you use halo and any consequences that result. You agree to cover any costs or damages if someone sues us because of how you used the service.

Account Termination

We can terminate your account at any time if you break these rules or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We can change these terms anytime. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Keep using the service means you accept the new terms.
